Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.)
The right of withdrawal does not apply to corporate customers, merchants, and other legal entities in the B2B sector.

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day,
- on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods, in the case of a sales contract relating to a single good that is delivered separately;
- on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the last good, in the case of a contract relating to multiple goods ordered by you in one order and delivered separately;
- on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the last lot or piece, in the case of a contract relating to delivery of goods in multiple lots or pieces;

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
You can also electronically fill in and submit the model withdrawal form or any other unequivocal statement on our website. If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgment of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g., by email) without delay.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods that are capable of being sent as a package as well as the direct cost of returning goods that cannot be sent as a package. The cost for goods that cannot be sent as a package is estimated to be a maximum of approximately 100 EUR.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or Premature Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts
- for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice of or decision by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
- for the supply of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would quickly pass;
- for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of the conclusion of the contract, but which can only be delivered after 30 days and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the trader has no influence;
- for the supply of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines except for subscription contracts.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts
- for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they become unsealed after delivery;
- for the supply of goods if they are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items;
- for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal is removed after delivery.
